HOW MANY POINTS DO I GET FOR ONE PURCHASE?

For each new review you get 500 points. For each screenshot of QR-code from the payment receipt you get 100 points.

HOW MANY DAYS IT TAKES FOR THE POINTS TO BE CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY PRIZE APPLICATION?

In both cases, processing will take up to five business days from the moment your review is registered on the loyalty program website. The prize will be shipped within 30 days from the time you redeemed the bonus points for the prize.

HOW AND WHEN IS THE PRIZE DELIVERED? WHERE IS THE TRACK NUMBER OF THE PRIZE PACKAGE?

The prize will be shipped to the delivery point of CDEK or Russian Post most convenient for you.

  • If your package is sent via CDEK. The track number is assigned to the package immediately after our logistics expert creates a shipment order on the logistics company website. The track number will be added to your application and you will be able to track your package on the delivery service website. 
  • If your package is sent via Russian Post. The track number will be assigned to the package after it has been sent by Russian Post, so we will receive it a little bit later compared to CDEK. After that, we will also add it to your application.

HOW DO I GET MY PRIZE IF I CHOSE A SUBSCRIPTION OR AN ONLINE COURSE?

Once your application is approved, we will send you an email with your prize to the email address you specified at signup.

WHY CAN AN APPLICATION FOR POINTS BE REJECTED?

Applications are moderated manually by the manager. We review all screenshots and photos that you attach to applications. The manager can reject the application in 2 cases: the information in the photo is poorly readable or the receipt QR code does not confirm the actual purchase.

The manager will leave a comment to the application explaining the rejection of points accrual.

WHY CAN AN APPLICATION FOR POINTS BE REJECTED?

On July 25, 2022, a new rule for points write-off became effective. Any points you have earned over the past six months will be written off in full, provided you have not filed any prize application during that period.
